We regularly meet with employees, one on one, in a group, lunch, coffee and the company with a Morning Grind or Afternoon Buzz employee gathering. We work hard on ensuring that our employees are engaged and connected with the corporate staff. Our CEO, Mike, has worked hard to select new senior leadership to include a new COO, 2016, that oversees the company's portfolio of work and the associated employees. Time to rejuvenate and have some personal fun is always a welcome part of our culture, although everyone seems to love their work and enjoys time at the office.
